How these rates are updated

• Gold and silver: replace the snapshot when FENEGOSIDA-citing same-day copy (or a parseable federation sheet) moves. Typical window is a working-day morning after 10–11 AM NPT.
• USD and other FX: replace from nrb.org.np/forex or the v1 API. NRB often publishes around midnight NPT.
• Tejabi: add a row only when a same-day FENEGOSIDA-citing source lists it.
• This site does not poll COMEX. If the snapshot is yesterday’s sheet, the page should say so.
